Fourtold adds senior internal communications specialist to its leadership team
PRCA’s 2018 Agency Of The Year Expands Client Offer With Ex-BBC And Bupa Executive
Fourtold has appointed senior communications adviser Christina Fee as a director in its UK team, strengthening its internal communications and employee engagement offer and deepening its leadership team. Christina has previously worked with Deutsche Post DHL, the BBC, Bupa, easyJet and DS Smith among others.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Christina is an integrated communications expert. She has extensive experience in aligning internal agendas around vision and values, with an organisation’s external and corporate reputation requirements, particularly during times of change. This aligns with Fourtold’s principle of producing smart, integrated, inside-out communications.
As part of her brief, Christina will work in close collaboration with Partner & Managing Director, Adam Powell to develop the UK client base to build on the international work Fourtold already does with blue chip multinationals, predominantly in the agri-tech, biotech, pharma and financial services industries.
Christina said: “It’s a great time to be joining Fourtold. We first connected when they were a start-up and I’ve been following their journey ever since. Fourtold has established itself as a powerful player in some of the most challenging and complex sectors, both in Europe and internationally. I am really excited about learning more about the business and bringing insights from my in-house experience to help upskill the team and give them a deeper understanding of what clients want.”
Fourtold provides strategic communications and reputation consultancy and is one of the UK’s premium independent consultancies, offering integrated, modern, corporate brand reputation and change communications support to clients, including Bayer AG, European Crop Protection Association (ECPA), Galapagos N.V, and Johnson & Johnson.
In 2018, Fourtold was named the PRCA mid-size agency of the year in its annual UK awards. In the same year, it was recognised in the European Association Awards, and was a finalist in the Best Agency Outside London category of the PR Week Awards.
Fourtold Managing Partner Debbie Parriss said: “I’m delighted to welcome Christina to Fourtold. Her international experience complements our ambitions. The intelligence and empathy she brings to her work, plus her in-house corporate experience, will enable her to add great value to our team and strengthen our capabilities.”
Christina’s arrival follows other recent hires at Fourtold, including Anne Visintin, Senior Consultant at the Oxford office and Kevin Butler, Consultant at the Brussels office.
